00:00:58.860 --> 00:01:00.600 position:10%,start line:80%
so easy to use that you don't even

21
00:01:00.600 --> 00:01:03.080 position:10%,start line:80%
need prior e-learning experience to use it.

22
00:01:03.680 --> 00:01:06.560 position:10%,start line:80%
When I started my business, I already knew

23
00:01:06.560 --> 00:01:08.740 position:10%,start line:80%
a lot about the technology that I wanted

24
00:01:08.740 --> 00:01:11.680 position:10%,start line:80%
to sell but I had no idea of

25
00:01:11.680 --> 00:01:12.840 position:10%,start line:80%
how to run a business.

26
00:01:13.980 --> 00:01:16.940 position:10%,start line:80%
Thankfully, a friend recommended the Academy for Impact

27
00:01:16.940 --> 00:01:18.720 position:10%,start line:80%
to me and I was able to learn

28
00:01:18.720 --> 00:01:21.660 position:10%,start line:80%
how to create business plans, perform market and

29
00:01:21.660 --> 00:01:25.680 position:10%,start line:80%
customer analysis, develop customer experience journeys and lots

30
00:01:25.680 --> 00:01:25.960 position:10%,start line:80%
more.

31
00:01:26.800 --> 00:01:29.800 position:10%,start line:80%
When I completed the I even earned a

32
00:01:29.800 --> 00:01:32.080 position:10%,start line:80%
badge as proof of my newly developed skills

33
00:01:32.080 --> 00:01:34.540 position:10%,start line:80%
but the thing I probably valued the most

34
00:01:34.540 --> 00:01:36.780 position:10%,start line:80%
was the possibility to talk and exchange with

35
00:01:36.780 --> 00:01:38.900 position:10%,start line:80%
like-minded people from different parts of the

36
00:01:38.900 --> 00:01:39.200 position:10%,start line:80%
world.

37
00:01:39.860 --> 00:01:42.820 position:10%,start line:80%
The platform's scheduled expert webinars went a long

38
00:01:42.820 --> 00:01:44.700 position:10%,start line:80%
way for me during the first months of

39
00:01:44.700 --> 00:01:47.960 position:10%,start line:80%
starting my business but it was also very

40
00:01:47.960 --> 00:01:50.900 position:10%,start line:80%
helpful to exchange with other entrepreneurs from several

41
00:01:50.900 --> 00:01:53.660 position:10%,start line:80%
sectors, profiting from their experience as well.

42
00:01:54.380 --> 00:01:57.600 position:10%,start line:80%
It was inspiring to see how supportive people

43
00:01:57.600 --> 00:02:00.360 position:10%,start line:80%
were around here and I strongly recommend that
